The details used will be as follows

website name : mydomain.com
ftp account name : mydomain
ftp password ; myftppassword

email administrative account : mydomain@mydomain.com
email admin password : myemailpassword

http://domainname/admin (this will be provided to you)
1) login using above reseller login and password which will be provided to you.
2) click on the link called accounts on left
3) click on button ADD on right
4) give user name (example : mydomain) , password ( myftppassword), confirm
password and email id. (the basic idea is to select the ftp login name such that it is the intial part of the domain name so that it is easily remembered)
5) give the user space quota
6) set account quota : 1, odbc quota 0 and mssql quota : 0
7) click on add user
8) you will get a message that that account is added
9) now go to the link called domains on left
10) click on add site button on the right
11) give domain name : mydomain.com without www and select the user ie mydomain
account in which the website is to be set up.
NOTE : ALWAYS USER SEPERATE FTP USERS FOR EVERY WEBSITE from security point of view
12) give password -- (myemailpassword) (this is the email administration password)
13) please do not make any other changes
14) click on add site
15) give the email quota numbers for this website (say 5)
16) finish

There no further action to be taken. The above steps will create your website, set up ftp account, and also set up email administration for you.
 

EMAIL SETUPS on WINDOWS

Login to the webbased interface using the login name and password provided to you.
in the above example the use :
http://mydomain.com:8383
user : mydomain@mydomain.com
pass : myemailpassword
Select user administration
Click on the button ADD
Type user name example : myname (do not add @mydomain)
Type password : mypassword and confirm password : mypassword
Do not enter any other information or change any information like number of messages, mail space quota, etc
Save
Now your user id ; myname@mydomain is created.
 

OUTLOOK EXPRESS SETUP

A) Outlook express mail client setup configurations
Steps for configuring your outlook express for sending and receiving emails for the sample email id created in the above setup namely : user id : myname@mydomain.com and password : mypassword
1) In your local pc go to Start button at left hand bottom corner of monitor > programs > Outlook
express
2) On top Menu bar > Tools > Accounts > A pop up window will open
3) Right side top corner of above window > Add > Mail > New > another pop up
window will open
4) Display name : MY NAME > next
5) Email address : myname@mydomain.com > next
6) Incoming mail server / POP3 - mail.mydomain.com
7) Outgoing mail server / SMTP - mail.mydomain.com > next
8) account name : myname@mydomain.com and password : mypassword
9) finish
Now your local email id is ready for sending and receiving emails
 

ODBC SETUP

1) Using a suitable ftp client connect to the concerned website (mydomain.com) using the ftp user name and password created above
2) Go to the mydomain.com/db directory.
3) Upload your MS Access database in this directory
4) Close the ftp client and login to client's hosting control via
http://mydomain.com/admin using login mydomain and the ftp password
given earlier
5) Go to the link ODBC DSN,
6) select the ms access db, give dsn name (ex mydsn) and description: ms
access.
6) Do not add anything else.
7) Click on Add DSN
