Basically our terms are very simple : We host hundreds of sites on our servers. So along with your website there are many other customers who are equally important to us. So please do not commit any action which will cause damage to our servers. No trial and error, testing of programs or scripts on our servers.99.9 percent of the webmasters' requirements are generally available with us free of cost. If you need something extra or in doubt please ask us. We always have accommodated all our clients far beyond our promises and what is given in the contract.

Content Policy
Please do not host any kind of information or data in violation of the laws of USA or India like copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, threatening or terrorist activity related or pornography, pirated software, warez sites. Any action causing damage to "the company"  will result in immediate account deactivation without prior notice. No refund is given in this case.

CPU resources
Please do not host scripts or programs which consume heavy resources. We can maintain the low cost of hosting only with your continued cooperation.

Backups:
We will not do any backups of the data content of the websites due to virus related problems. Your are fully responsible for your website.

Indemnification Policy:
In no event shall the company be liable for any kind of loss including loss of profits, loss of data, injury to person or property or any other kind of damage caused to the customer. The Customer agrees totally defend, indemnify, save and hold "the company" harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims against "the company".

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel at anytime.  To cancel your account please Contact us As a policy, we can not refund the domain registration charges because once the domain is registered, it can not be reversed.

Uptime Guarantee:
While we strive to provide you close to 100 percent uptime, practically speaking we are living in a Microsoft created virtual world, susceptible to viruses, hackers, etc. We constantly update our our servers, firewall and antivirus. So while we try to provide 100 percent uptime all we can promise is that we will not overload our servers but putting a large number of websites. Incase you feel that the uptime is not satisfactory you are entitled for a complete refund within the first 30 days or cancel your account any time. Please peruse our Refund Policies for more details.
